JOB TITLE:  Website Sales Representative

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for cultivating and building relationships with business owners via phone and email.
  • Schedules and conducts phone/internet website demonstrations
  • Works as a team with the CEO and the customers.
  • Develops new business through referrals, networking and marketing efforts.  This should represent 20-30% of the total sales generated. 
  • Utilizes basic technology such as email, Internet, database programs, word documents, spreadsheets to effectively communicate with staff and clients.  
  • Provides weekly updates on prospects and phone appointments.
  • Keeps on top of all follow up work and can quickly develop relationships.
  • Quickly learns new business models and industries.

     
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years proven track record in Sales.
  • No HTML code or programming skills required. This position is non-technical and does not require web design skills
  • College degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Must be familiar with working with Business Owners.
  • An established network is a huge plus.
  • Proficient at working from a home office.
  • Must be dynamic, be able to think quickly and have incredible follow through techniques.
  • Must be confident and comfortable with the internet.
  • Self disciplined and self motivated.
  • Must have professional phone etiquette and be a good listener
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of the Internet and be comfortable with outbound telephone sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and Internet research capabilities.
  • Prefer sales or marketing experience
  • Requires High Speed Internet Connection, cable or DSL (dial up service applicants need not apply)

    COMPENSATION:
    Commission Only with a generous commission structure.  Expected first year commissions to be between $52,000 and $78,000.
